Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd (formerly known as Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd) was incorporated in Singapore in 1968. It grew to become the largest share registrar in Singapore. It acts as share registrar or share transfer agent for over half of the companies listed on the SGX-ST. It is also a leader in providing corporate secretarial services to both publicly listed and private companies in Singapore.

Boardroom Business Solutions Pte Ltd (formerly known as Ee Peng Liang Consultants Pte Ltd) was incorporated in Singapore in 1982. It specialises in providing Accounting and Payroll services to a wide range of clients ranging from small local firms to multinational companies. Previously part of Ernst & Young Singapore, it acquired the Singapore outsourcing arm of Arthur Andersen and today has a client base of over 500 companies.

Hong Kong

Boardroom Corporate Services (HK) Limited (formerly known as Asialink Services (HK) Ltd) was established in 1975, formerly RSM Nelson Wheeler Hong Kong. It is today one of the leading corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll and consulting firms in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of services to local and international clients.

Malaysia

Boardroom Corporate Services (formerly known as M&C Services) was set up in 1960. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, it provides corporate secretarial, corporate advisory, accounting and payroll services to over 1,000 clients in Malaysia. With a close business affiliation with KPMG Malaysia, services are provided out of offices in Kuala Lumpur and in the major cities of Malaysia including Penang and Johor Bahru.
