About Hong Kong

Hong Kong, renowned for its excellent financial services, has just been named by the World Economic Forum as the world’s most important financial centre for 2011.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) has maintained its position as the world leader in IPO fund raising for the third consecutive year with over US$36 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$271.4 billion) raised in 2011.

With its proximity to China, access to global liquidity, zero capital flow restrictions and numerous tax advantages, Hong Kong continues to attract capital inflows and foreign investors.

Boardroom established its foothold in Hong Kong through an acquisition in 2005. Since then, its scope of services has expanded beyond the provision of corporate secretarial services to include accounting, payroll, internal audit & risk management, investor relations and taxation services. With the latest addition of share registration services in June 2011, Boardroom Hong Kong is poised to deliver a full suite of pre and post-listing services to corporations in Hong Kong.
