Remarks :

1) The Board of Directors has declared a fourth interim tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 6.5 sen per ordinary share of 1 sen each for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.

2) Note for item 5 and 6 under "Cumulative Quarter - Current Year To Date" and item 7 under "as at end of Current Quarter" :
Every existing ordinary shares of the Company of 10 sen each was sub-divided into ten ordinary shares of 1 sen each on 24 November 2011.
