Operations Manager, Employee Plan

Job Responsibilities
  • To work with Business Unit Head on Business Development opportunities (Pre-sales).
  • To execute operational activities for business process in line with Customer Requirements.
  • To ensure all aspect of the operations conforms to MAS licensing conditions.
  • To ensure operational excellence and deliver end to end administration plan lifecycle in accordance with client’s requirements.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives (Process and Technology).
  • Manage subordinates and key stakeholders within value chain (Outsourced Vendors, Regulators, Auditors).
  • Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional services environment.
  • Good team player, flexible, honest, determine, persistence with good communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen, technical competency, problem-solving skills and continuous upgrading of knowledge and skills.
