Project Analyst

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and evaluating the overall project
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
  • Establishing key performance indicators
  • Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
  • Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
  • Assist in determining and documenting project charter, scope and schedule based on business needs and requirements
  • Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.
  • Document, maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Self starter and proven ability to provide leadership and manage the project execution
  • Having an eye for details and having potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Visio
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Good written and communication skills
