The shareholder landscape is evolving rapidly due to the increasing trend towards electronic platforms and the impending changes in the Companies Act.

To mark the launch of the new services, a seminar and cocktail was held on 21 March 2013 at Marina Bay Sands.

Despite the upcoming busy general meeting season, the event was very well received with close to 100 attendees from listed companies.
