    Regional Managing Director, Boardroom Business Solutions

    Mr Chester Leong oversees all business operations and ventures in Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong, and is credited with spearheading the launch of BoardRoom Malaysia’s GST services. As an expert and proficient leader, he currently leads over 150 employees in serving more than 600 clients—encompassing a wide variety of portfolio—in matters related to payroll, accounting, and other services.

  • Seaman Kwok

    Executive Director and the Head of the Corporate Secretarial Division

    Mr Seaman Kwok is an Executive Director and the Head of the Corporate Secretarial Division of BoardRoom Hong Kong. He has extensive legal, corporate secretarial and management experience gained from working as company secretaries and directors of reputable companies overseas and in Hong Kong (including the Hang Seng Index Constituent and Hang Seng Mid-Cap 50 stock companies) for years. He was a chief examiner and the longest-serving council member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Since joining the company in September 2013, he has been instrumental in increasing the company’s listed corporate secretarial clients by 400%, attributable to his professionalism and dedication. Additionally, Seaman is also a Director of BoardRoom Share Registrars (HK) Limited. Owing to his good connections and passion, his contribution makes up more than 30% of BoardRoom Hong Kong’s IPO and other share registration clients. Today, Seaman continues to propel the company forward through his profound knowledge and leadership.

    With over 15 years of experience in private equity, wealth management, corporate banking, and professional services, Ms Elaine Liu is the Director of Sales for BoardRoom Hong Kong and China Region. Elaine has been instrumental in driving BoardRoom’s expanding footprint within the region. Elaine spearheads BoardRoom’s initiative to enhance the firm’s market share and exposure in the Hong Kong capital market, by partnering closely with issuers and gatekeepers alike. In addition to her business development role, she also leads the branding and marketing activities within the region.

    Director of Business Development

    Ms Kellie Chan is the Director of Business Development of BoardRoom Hong Kong. Leveraging on a decade of solid experience in the investment banking industry covering IPO execution, equity capital markets and financial advisory from numerous international banks and accounting firms, Kellie has built many new businesses and relationships in BoardRoom Hong Kong over the years. By formulating effective solutions, she assists clients in meeting their needs while contributing to the business growth and development of BoardRoom. As part of the senior management team, Kellie continues to play a crucial role in strategy, business development and marketing aspects that further secure and develop BoardRoom as a key industry player in Hong Kong.

    Head of Share Registry Services

    Mrs Ada Lai-Fok is the Head of Share Registry Services of Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited. She has more than 25 years of extensive experience in share registry services gained from various reputable share registrars (holding executive level positions) in Hong Kong. She has handled numerous Initial Public Offering ("IPO") projects and provided share registry services to numerous blue chips, red chips, state-owned enterprises from Mainland China, cross-border listed companies and other companies listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mrs Ada Lai-Fock's experience also includes handling stock admission into CCASS for deposit, clearing and settlement during her previous employment at a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEx").

    Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman

    With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Mr Goh went on to pave a prolific career that has seen many successes. Mr Goh has held and continues to occupy key positions that led to the an impressive accumulation of achievements.

    Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree, from the Heriot- Watt University of Edinburgh, Mr Kim Teo Poh Jin is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Group.

  • Mak Lye Mun

    Non-Executive and Independent Director

    Mr Mak Lye Mun holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) degree from the University of Malaya in Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas, Austin. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. In 2016, Mr Mak Lye Mun’s portfolio expanded to include the oversight of the CIMB Group’s Wholesale Banking business as Country Head and CEO.

    Mr Spencer Lee Tien Chye served the Maybank Group for more than 30 years in various executive capacities, including Head of International Business, Head of Consumer Banking, and Country Head for Maybank Singapore before retiring as Advisor to Maybank in November 2008. Mr Lee is a Non-Executive Director of Maybank Cambodia Plc and also a commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. He stepped down as a trustee of Maybank Foundation in 2017.

    Mr Grubb has a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree from the University of Cape Town. Today, Mr Grubb provides consulting and advisory services, primarily in the area of asset allocation and business planning to investment management and financial service companies in Australia. He has over 40 years of experience in investment management and investment banking in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia.
    Mr Grubb was previously Chairman of Investorweb Limited, Investors Mutual Limited, So Natural Foods Limited, and a Director of Odyssey House McGrath Foundation and Instinet Australia.

  • Thomas Teo Liang Huat

    Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director

    Mr Thomas Teo Liang Huat’s executive responsibilities extend to financial and investment management as well as board representation on various subsidiaries and associates of the G. K. Goh Group. Prior to joining the G. K. Goh Group, he was with a regional private equity group for 10 years and was responsible for direct investments in the ASEAN region. He also spent 8 years with Ernst & Young Singapore amassing experience in audit and corporate finance. Mr Teo holds a Master of Business in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
