| About HugoHugo is a veteran of the professional services industry, with over thirty years of experience working across Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to joining BoardRoom, he held senior leadership positions at Cognizant, EY and Deloitte, as well as an early-stage cloud software start-up. Hugo’s expertise is in innovating and implementing effective business models, through operating model design, technology adoption and a focus on customer centricity. He is passionate about social impact and has spent the last twenty years supporting a variety of commercial and not-for-profit social enterprises in Singapore, India and the UK. As the Group CEO for BoardRoom, Hugo is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, the effective deployment of the group strategy, and the development of the organisation’s purpose, culture and values. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank Simpanan Nasional, specialising in SMEs, mortgage, and commercial banking, earning multiple industry accolades. | About EuniceEunice is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). She holds a Master of Taxation from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Eunice has more than 20 years of extensive tax and transfer pricing experience in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, across a broad range of industry sectors such as IT, manufacturing, commodity trading, petrochemical, oil and gas industries. In her leadership roles, Eunice has built and led high-performing teams to spearhead tax and custom functions, as well as special corporate projects and initiatives. Eunice is also an Associate Lecturer of a local university and private education institution in Singapore.
