Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general reception, including handling incoming calls and enquires and taking messages.
  • Responsible for daily postage and couriers (incoming & outgoing document).
  • Provide administrative and human resources support including filing, updating documents and faxing.
  • Assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist in sourcing and liaise with vendors.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary.
  • Any other tasks/project assigned by your superior and management.
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • At least 1 year in receptionist, human resources or administration field preferable.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Polite telephone manner, strong communication skill.
  • Independent, mature, well-organized and detail-minded.
