Job Responsibilities

Function – Specific Activity

  • Deal promptly and independently with problems/queries from clients/shareholders and escalate problems with solutions to senior manager or above.
  • Identify process improvement opportunity.
  • Handle hotline service
  • Assist manager or above to deal with projects (e.g. IPO or special projects) and complete assigned duties in line with the project/initiative plans
  • Handle of contingency situation and exceptional cases
  • Any others (if any)

People Management Activity

  • Raise CS team’s level of knowledge by sharing updated information and attending external seminars.
  • Deal effectively with superiors/subordinates/colleagues/external contacts and positively participate in and support teamwork.
  • Delegate daily operational tasks and provide guidance to Asst Officer.
