Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes certain that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.<\/li>\n<li>HR Business Partnering<\/li>\n<li>HR Analytics and Metrics<\/li>\n<li>Manage general central administration and ad-hoc projects<\/li>\n<li>Oversee day to day activities to ensure smooth operations of central administration<\/li>\n<li>Act as first point of contact for different business manager regarding central administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;m-t-50&#8243;][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Job Requirements&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To quality\/ thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least\u00a0ten years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources and Administration positions.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have regional HR work exposure to make an impact to the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
