{"id":5939,"date":"2021-05-21T03:36:41","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T03:36:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boardroomlimited.com\/hk\/careers\/deputy-head-share-registration\/"},"modified":"2021-05-21T03:36:41","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T03:36:41","slug":"deputy-head-share-registration","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.boardroomlimited.com\/hk\/ch\/careers\/deputy-head-share-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Deputy Head, Share Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;slideInLeft&#8221; el_class=&#8221;career-content&#8221;][vc_column][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;m-t-50&#8243;][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Job Responsibilities&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Head of Share Registry (\u201cSR\u201d) to supervise the SR Unit in Hong Kong.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy and quality of the daily services delivered to the clients and their investors, including Initial Public Offerings (\u201cIPO\u201d), Corporate Actions and SR routine services.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the Uncertificated Securities Market (\u201cUSM\u201d) development and work with all stakeholders to ensure SR services can be smoothly transited to the USM regime.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure commitments to clients are followed up in a timely manner and establish measures to assess customer satisfaction for possible improvement(s)<\/li>\n<li>Work together with other internal stakeholders cutting across various departments to leverage on synergies and business expansion possibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Assess and approve the recommendations for improvements to current policies, procedures, processes and client servicing arrangements for a smooth workflow that is relevant to the current business environment and regulatory practices, for both the local and regional offices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure fee schedule(s) are updated and reflective of pricing in the current business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee clients\u2019 billing and collections are timely and accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Set agenda for Managers\u2019 meetings and follow up on assigned actionable items.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with share registry-related laws, rules, regulations, codes and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the operations of the trustee services in related to the SR services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic advice on SR business to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to identify, train and develop a successor \/ right hand person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;m-t-50&#8243;][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Requirements&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years of working experience.
