Mr Ernest Yeung is the Country Head, leading daily operations of Share Registry and Corporate Secretarial departments for BoardRoom Hong Kong and ensuring we provide quality service to our clients. Ernest’s role also includes being in charge of Corporate Governance, statutory compliance/framework, customer relationship management, business development and strategic partnership management with Boardroom’s key partners.
Throughout most of his career, Ernest has worked in several reputable senior finance roles covering the APAC region. He’s a qualified CPA from the state of California.
Outside of work, Ernest enjoys hiking, snow-boarding, training for half marathons and using emerging technology for video editing. He is also a movie fanatic and self-professed critic of B-Grade Hollywood movies.
