Client Services Associate, Employee Share Plans

Job Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent customer service ensuring clients and employees receive prompt responses to requests and queries in line with departmental requirements.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of employee share plans fundamentals and taxation implications.
  • Strive for first point resolution to queries.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring that assigned tasks are followed up and completed in a timely manner to the highest quality standard.
  • The ability to confidently utilize SREG (in-house share registry software system) and run any report available on SREG for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and audit processes.
  • Completing daily transactions for a variety of different clients.
  • Complete bank and trust account reconciliations. Ensure effective and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current procedures, risk management, processes and client servicing arrangements.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in related disciplines.
  • Operational experience in funds management, registries or the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of internal business functions.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS, computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to work under Australia working hours and follow Australia public holidays.
