Job Responsibilities
  • To support and organizing internal workshops for the group.
  • Support the execution to roll out the programs for the group.
  • Populate training programs and share calendars on SharePoint.
  • Monitor and track CPE hours for the region.
  • Assist in scheduling trainings, compiling and maintaining training evaluations and feedback analysis.
  • Support and participate in Talent Acquisition activities (eg. Career fair & Activities with Professional Institutions).
  • To undertake other assigned tasks and duties from time to time.
  • Any other tasks/project assigned by your superior and management.
Requirements
  • Final year student.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Development, Psychology, or any other related courses.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suit such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
