System Administration:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, including servers, storage, and databases.
• Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection strategies.

Network Management:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and cloud networks.
• Ensure network security through the implementation of firewall, IDS/IPS, SWG policies, and other security measures.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources.

Compliance:

• Enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISAE, and ISO.
• Conduct regular system and security audits, reviews, and vulnerability assessments.

• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Based in Klang Valley, on-site, but willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Relevant certifications are a plus. (I.e., Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CCNA, ITIL)
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network design, and security protocols.
