2023 AGMS and EGMS
From January to July 2023, our meeting services teams in Singapore and Malaysia organised more than 460 general meetings for listed companies in both countries. These meetings, ranging from 2 to 4700 attendees, were conducted in a mix of physical, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Changes in regulatory requirements and shareholder activism have impacted the ways listed companies conduct their meetings during that period, to ensure regulatory compliance and meet shareholders’ expectations.
