execute payments relating to sales proceeds, participant requests, or other authorized transactions in accordance with approved instructions and control requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payment activity is accurately recorded with appropriate supporting documentation maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily reconciliations across internal systems, bank accounts, custodians, and third-party reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, document, and assist in the investigation of routine reconciliation breaks.<\/li>\n<li>Track and follow up outstanding settlement, transfer, payment, and reconciliation items within defined SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate operational records, workpapers, and audit-ready documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all procedures, regulated operating standards, and internal control frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Support audit, compliance, and reporting activities as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing new settlement or reconciliation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with EBS and other BoardRoom colleagues to resolve operational issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;m-t-50&#8243;][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Requirements&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in reconciliations within financial services or regulated environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in settlements, third party trade support, share registry operations or post trade operations within financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Client Money Rules as defined in the Australian Corporations Act 2001 is preferrable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical &amp;amp; problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to Advanced Excel competency.<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to audit, risk or compliance interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with domestic &amp;amp;
