We kindly ask for your understanding in any delay to responding to you as we expect a higher than normal volume of requests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><em>(Updated as at 19<sup>th<\/sup> January 2021)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1611118028383{padding-top: 40px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]As of <strong>8 Oct 2020<\/strong>, we have implemented the following measures and we seek your understanding and cooperation to keep our staff and clients safe:[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;For visitors to the office&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;common-spacing&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All meetings shall be conducted via teleconferencing or videoconferencing.<\/li>\n<li>Where meetings in BoardRoom\u2019s office require face-to-face contact between our staff and any visitor\/client, such requests must be made through your BoardRoom contact or through the Reception if there is no BoardRoom contact.<\/li>\n<li>All visitors to our office are required to report to the reception where they will undergo temperature screening by our staff and be required to sanitise their hands.<\/li>\n<li>All visitors to our office are required to submit a health &amp; temperature declaration form together with the travel declaration form. This will be done at the reception area before visitors are allowed into the office.<\/li>\n<li>It is mandatory for all persons in the office <strong>to wear a properly fitted mask at all times<\/strong> unless they are eating or drinking.<\/li>\n<li>Any visitors with a temperature higher than 37.5\u00b0C, travel history within the past 2 weeks or are experiencing any of the following symptoms will be refused entry into our office:\n<ul>\n<li>Fever<\/li>\n<li>Shortness of breath<\/li>\n<li>Cough<\/li>\n<li>Runny nose<\/li>\n<li>Sore Throat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Clients who require our staff to meet them at an external venue will be asked to submit the <span>\u201cMYBR &#8211; Questionnaire on Client Precautionary Measures RMCO Form\u201d<\/span>.
