If the business is small and has a limited number of partners, LLP might be a better choice as it offers simpler compliance requirements. Private companies must also have at least one shareholder, while public companies must have at least two.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Designate a local office address<\/strong> \u2013 This must be a physical address for receiving mail, such as legal and tax correspondence.
