Kuan Teck is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry with approximately 10 years in investment banking where he was involved in IPOs, corporate finance advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and fund raisings. In 2009, he joined the Regulation team of Bursa Malaysia as the Head of Restructuring where he was primarily responsible for overseeing the status and regularisation of affected listed companies including PN17 Companies. His scope of work was further enhanced to oversee and process IPO applications for companies seeking listing on the ACE and LEAP Markets of Bursa Malaysia.

Kuan Teck is currently responsible for amongst others, the development of initiatives and strategies aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of Bursa Malaysia as the preferred listing destination for companies.
