BoardRoom was delisted from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and taken private by 65 Equity Partners and Tower Capital Asia, marking a new phase of strategic investment in corporate solutions services.

BoardRoom’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary, BoardRoom Pty Limited acquired a 100% stake in Boardworx, a specialist in corporate secretarial services.

BoardRoom acquired the remaining 40% stake for China operations, and it became a wholly-owned subsidiary called BoardRoom China Limited.

BoardRoom broadened its business base through continued acquisitions:
